At Zeiss Physical Therapy, PLLC, we are committed to providing high-quality care and excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services and payments made to our practice.

1. Physical Therapy Services

Payment for physical therapy services represents time and professional expertise provided by a licensed clinician.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a therapy session has been rendered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Prepaid sessions or packages: If a patient prepays for multiple visits and chooses to discontinue treatment, a refund will be issued for any unused sessions, minus a processing fee (if applicable).

  • Missed or late-canceled appointments: Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee and are not eligible for refund.

2. Products and Supplies

  • Products (e.g., exercise bands, braces, or home therapy tools) purchased through Zeiss Physical Therapy, PLLC are non-refundable once used or opened.

  • Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.

3. Insurance Billing

If services are billed to insurance:

  • Refunds will be issued only if an overpayment has been identified after insurance processing.

  • Refunds will be made to the responsible party or payer according to federal and state regulations.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment or charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review your concern promptly and issue any necessary corrections or refunds.
